I've been in real estate since 2013, and I've been coaching since 2015 — starting with real estate agents before expanding into business and investment coaching more broadly. So everything I teach has been tested in the field, not just in theory.
I've personally flipped well over 100 houses and, at one point, owned up to 75 single-family rentals. I hold an MBA, and over the past decade I've coached people across business and real estate, helping them build systems that actually scale.
I'm not a social media influencer with a highlight reel — I'm a real guy still doing the work. My wife and I are still active investors today, using the same strategies you'll learn in this program, right now, not stuff that worked years ago and got left behind.
